Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Unbridled Wings is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If your package arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at Info@UnbridledWings.comand include your order number so we can help.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property and with household members or neighbors. You may also want to contact the shipping carrier directly. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to help.

International Shipping

We’re happy to ship Unbridled Wings products internationally. Applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no unexpected customs charges to worry about upon delivery.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. While we’ll do everything we can to get your order to you promptly, customs-related delays are outside of our control.
