Returns & Exchanges

At Unbridled Wings, we want you to love your purchase and feel confident in the products you choose for you and your horse.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your neck rope must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition.

Before sending a return, please contact us at Info@UnbridledWings.com with your name and order number so we can assist you with the return process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
